Join us for lots of fun and exciting ways to create abstraction in encaustic! We will use a mixed media approach – ie use of dry media, pan pastels, collage material, and special tools (electric tjanting tool, XD damar resin) to help each artist express their personal voice in a way that is unique and warms the soul! I’m extremely happy and excited to announce that I’ll be teaching a Powerful Design and Personal Color in Abstraction workshop at Muses, Santa Fe in May, 2024! This will be a 4-day intensive workshop focusing on color and design – for all levels. For more advanced students, I will spend some 1:1 time prior to the workshop to create a custom design experience. In addition, there will be two fabulous field trips – one to the Georgia O’Keefe Museum and the other to some of the top galleries along Canyon Road! Stacy Nixon, owner of Muses, Santa Fe, will be our workshop host and here are some images of her amazing workshop space!

Prior to Covid 19, I did many LIVE workshops around the world. Three workshops in Takapuna, New Zealand and one workshop in Vienna, Austria were cancelled due to Covid. I hope to continue LIVE workshops in the future!
